I am a private teacher who started teaching in 2018. I am available to teach children or beginner musicians and offer lessons for piano in the Charlotte area. I received my bachelors in music, concentrating on piano, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where I studied under Dr. Dylan Savage.

I Love My Job
I always knew I wanted to work as a professional Music Teacher since I have a strong love of working with children and making music with them. I’ve had plenty of experience working with children of all levels and skills - from brand new beginners to intermediate players. No matter who I’m teaching, I thrive on seeing my students grow and develop as they discover what they can achieve.
My Mission
I believe that teaching children is one of the most important things we are called to do. I aim to not only equip my students with the knowledge of music, but most importantly, with the major life skills of discipline, hard work and creativity. I consider my job to be not only creating musicians, but also creating future thinkers, solvers and dedicated people. That is why I put a large emphasis on the student being responsible for their homework and practice.
